The link of dnaindia that you have provided clearly says that the debt rise is nothing to worry about since it has risen only in the absolute terms. For a dim wit like you this means that debt may have risen but the Gross State Domestic Product GSDP has risen at a faster rate than that.
If you were paying Rs 3,000 as house rent in 1995 and are paying Rs 10,000 as house rent in 2012 would you say that you were better off if 1995 given that your salary was Rs 9,000 in 1995 but was Rs 40,000 in 2012?
I am pretty sure that for a person low on intellect this would be a difficult question.
Keep thinking about it and try to come up with an answer in the next 7 days. I know you would need that much time.
